The invention discloses an occlusive pile construction method and prefabricated occlusive piles used for the method. The occlusive pile construction method comprises the steps that (1), the prefabricated occlusive piles are manufactured, and occlusion notches matched with pile body structures of cast-in-place occlusion piles to be constructed are manufactured on two opposite sides of each prefabricated occlusive pile respectively; (2), a first prefabricated occlusive pile hole is formed by drilling on a construction site, the first prefabricated occlusive pile is installed in a hoisting mode, a second prefabricated occlusive pile hole is formed in the position away from the first prefabricated occlusive pile hole by one pile-forming interval in a drilling mode, and the second prefabricated occlusive pile is installed in a hoisting mode; (3), a hole is drilled between the first prefabricated occlusive pile and the second prefabricated occlusive pile and poured with the first cast-in-place occlusion pile; (4), a third prefabricated occlusive pile hole is formed in the position away from the second prefabricated occlusive pile hole by one pile-forming interval in a drilling mode, and the third prefabricated occlusive pile is installed in a hoisting mode; (5), a hole is drilled between the second prefabricated occlusive pile and the third prefabricated occlusive pile and poured with the second cast-in-place occlusion pile; (6), the step (4) and the step (5) are carried out repeatedly until construction is finished.
