Comprising a pile foundation structure, a steel baffle, a reinforcement cage skeleton, a connecting structure and a stand column structure, the pile foundation structure comprises a prefabricated pile column, a pouring core, an anchoring main rib and a first annular stirrup which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the connecting structure is composed of a positioning connecting block, a supporting plate, a connecting ring, a connecting main rib and a second annular stirrup which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the positioning connecting block is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the supporting plate, the supporting plate is arranged in the reinforcement cage skeleton, one end of the connecting main rib penetrates through the connecting ring and is welded to the supporting plate, and the other end of the connecting main rib penetrates through the second annular stirrup and extends out of the reinforcement cage skeleton; the second annular stirrup is fixedly connected with the connecting main reinforcement through a steel wire, the connecting ring is welded to the outer surface of the connecting main reinforcement, the connecting ring is welded to the upper surface of the supporting plate, and the stand column structure comprises a stand column connecting pile, a third annular stirrup, a stand column section and a stand column main reinforcement.
