The invention relates to a high-precision hoisting positioning device and positioning method.The high-precision hoisting positioning device comprises a hoisting frame, a dial indicator measuring device, a laser emitting device, a crane controlled by a hydraulic oil pump, a main console and a fixing device.According to the hoisting frame, four-limb I-shaped steel is adopted as a stand column, and the bottom of the stand column is fixed to a foundation bolt buried in advance; and a height fine adjustment device is arranged at the middle lower part of the stand column. The positioning method comprises the steps that the hoisting frame is installed, centered and leveled; the lower spherical hinge is centered; adjusting the horizontal position of the lower spherical hinge; the vertical position of the lower spherical hinge is adjusted; the lower spherical hinge is fixed; mounting a bolt and an upper spherical hinge; and returning the frame and the crane. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that positioning is accurate, automatic adjustment can be achieved, and the construction efficiency is high; 2, the material can be recycled, and is environment-friendly and energy-saving; and 3, the adjustment is fast, and the construction progress can be effectively accelerated. And 4, the application range is wide, and the whole hoisting device can almost cover all precise hoisting in the swivel construction process.
本发明涉及桥梁转体用高精度吊装定位装置及定位方法,包括吊装框架、千分表测量装置、激光发射装置、带液压油泵控制的吊机、主控台以及固定装置,所述吊装框架采用四肢工字型钢作为立柱,立柱底部与事先埋好的地脚螺栓进行固定,且在立柱中下部设有高度微调装置。定位方法包括:吊装框架安装及对中找平;下球铰对中;调整下球铰水平位置;调整下球铰竖直位置;下球铰固定;插销及上球铰安装;框架、吊机退场。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:1、定位精准,可自动调节,施工效率高。2、材料可循环使用,环保节能。3、调整快捷迅速、能有效加快施工进度。4、适用范围广,整个吊装装置几乎可覆盖转体施工过程中的所有精准吊装。
