Automatic transverse moving system and transverse moving method of bridge girder erection machine
The invention discloses an automatic transverse moving system and a transverse moving method for a bridge girder erection machine, the whole weight of the bridge girder erection machine is transferred from a transverse moving track beam to a bridge structure through a jacking device on a supporting leg, and a left-hand locking device is used for lifting and locking the transverse moving track beam. The state of the transverse moving track beam is changed from being supported on a bridge structure to being hung on the supporting legs of the bridge erecting machine. The transverse moving driving mechanism drives the transverse moving track beam to move transversely. After the transversely-moving track beam is in place, the bridge erecting machine is put down on the transversely-moving track beam, and transverse moving of the whole machine is completed through power of the bridge erecting machine. The system is simple in structure, can realize transverse movement in any bridge breadth range, is small in manufacturing and transformation amount on existing equipment, is short in transverse movement track beam length, uses a transverse movement driving mechanism of the bridge girder erection machine as power for driving the transverse movement track beam, and is economical. The transverse moving process is completely and automatically completed, manual assistance is not needed, efficiency is high, and operation intensity is small.
本发明公开了一种架桥机自动横移系统及横移方法,通过支腿上的顶升装置将架桥机整机重量,从横移轨道梁上转换到桥梁结构上,反扣锁紧装置的作用是提升并锁紧横移轨道梁,使横移轨道梁的状态从支撑在桥梁结构上转换到悬挂在架桥机支腿上。横移驱动机构驱动横移轨道梁横向移动。横移轨道梁就位后,架桥机下放在横移轨道梁上,通过自身动力完成整机横移。该系统结构简单,可实现任意桥梁幅宽范围内的横移,在既有设备上制作改造量小,横移轨道梁长度短,使用架桥机横移驱动机构,兼作驱动横移轨道梁的动力,经济节约。横移过程全部自动化完成,无须人工辅助,效率高,操作强度小。
