Abstract

The invention relates to a surface finishing tool for an inverted-cone-shaped foundation in an ultra-large-diameter wine tank and a construction method of the surface finishing tool, and the tool comprises a center rotating bearing which is rotatably arranged at the center position of the foundation to be poured; the floating rule is connected with the center rotating bearing, the length of the floating rule is matched with the radius of a foundation to be poured, the floating rule is arranged in an inclined mode, and the included angle between the floating rule and the horizontal plane is consistent with the slope ratio of the upper surface of the foundation to be poured. According to the surface finishing tool, the center rotating bearing and the floating ruler are arranged on the surface of the inverted-cone-shaped foundation, surface finishing is achieved through a concentric circle surface finishing method, the construction difficulty that the slope ratio and the smoothness of the surface of the inverted-cone-shaped foundation are difficult to control is effectively solved, the forming quality of the foundation is improved, and the foundation construction speed is greatly increased.

本发明涉及一种用于超大直径酒罐内倒锥形基础收面工具及其施工方法，该工具包括：中心旋转轴承，可转动的设于待浇筑的基础的中心位置处；与所述中心旋转轴承连接的刮尺，所述刮尺的长度与待浇筑的基础的半径相适配，所述刮尺呈倾斜状设置，且所述刮尺与水平面间的夹角与待浇筑的基础的上表面的坡率相一致。本发明的收面工具针对倒锥形基础表面设置了中心旋转轴承以及刮尺，实现了利用同心圆收面法进行收面，有效的解决了倒锥形基础表面坡率、光滑度难以控制的施工难点，提高了基础的成型质量，且基础施工的速度得到了极大的提高。
