Super plasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a super plasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The super plasticizer comprises a main chain and a grafted side chain, the main chain contains a branch structure generated through addition of an active H site and unsaturated ester or unsaturated amide, a polyether side chain is grafted through a functional group at the tail end of the main chain, and an adsorption group is connected to the main chain structure through an acidification reagent; the main chain of the super plasticizer is formed by reaction of hydroxyl, amino and an acidifying reagent, and the grafted side chain is connected with the main chain of the super plasticizer through ring opening of an epoxy group, transesterification of hydroxyl, esterification of carboxyl or amidation reaction. Compared with a commercially available common superplasticizer, the superplasticizer provided by the invention has basically equivalent or slightly improved water reducing/fluidity maintaining capability in a common cement-based material, and can significantly improve the uniformity of concrete, effectively reduce bleeding and segregation of concrete and improve the water reducing and fluidity maintaining capability in high-fluidity common commercial concrete, machine-made sand concrete and self-compacting concrete. The workability is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种超塑化剂及其制备方法。本发明所述超塑化剂包含主链和接枝侧链,其主链含有通过活性H位点与不饱和酯或不饱和酰胺加成产生的分支结构,并通过主链末端官能团接枝聚醚侧链,通过酸化试剂在主链结构上连接吸附基团;所述超塑化剂主链通过羟基、氨基与酸化试剂反应形成,接枝侧链通过环氧基开环、羟基酯交换、羧基酯化或酰胺化反应与超塑化剂主链连接。本发明所述超塑化剂相比市售普通超塑化剂,在普通水泥基材料中减水/流动性保持能力基本相当或略有改善,在高流动性的普通商品混凝土、机制砂混凝土和自密实混凝土中,可显著提高混凝土均匀性,有效降低混凝土泌水离析,显著提高和易性。
