Bridge dismantling trolley and using method thereof
The bridge demolition trolley comprises two bases arranged at the bottom of a bridge body, the upper end of each base is connected with a supporting platform through a telescopic adjusting device, and a protection frame is fixed to the upper end of each supporting platform; the bottom of each protection frame is correspondingly fixed to the upper end of a supporting platform through a plurality of inclined guide blocks, a plurality of cylindrical blocks are fixed to the upper end of each supporting platform, and the end of each cylindrical block is connected with a supporting disc through a height adjusting device. The bridge demolition trolley has the advantages that through the cylindrical block and the supporting disc which can vertically move along with the supporting platform, the supporting disc can be used for supporting the to-be-demolited part of the bridge body, the demolition trolley is better in stability, meanwhile, temporary supporting of the demolited bridge body and taking out of the demolited bridge body can be facilitated, bridge demolition work is facilitated, and the demolition efficiency is improved. The demolition trolley is higher in functionality, a support does not need to be erected, and the bridge demolition efficiency can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁拆除台车，包括设置在桥梁本体底部的两个底座，每个所述底座的上端均通过伸缩调节装置连接有支撑平台，每个所述支撑平台的上端均固定有防护框，每个所述防护框的底部均通过多个斜导块与支撑平台的上端对应固定，每个所述支撑平台的上端均固定有多个柱形块，每个所述柱形块的端部均通过高度调节装置连接有支撑盘。优点在于：通过可随支撑平台竖直移动的柱形块和支撑盘，可利用支撑盘实现对桥梁本体待拆除部分的支撑，能够使得拆除台车稳定性更好的同时，可便于对拆除后桥梁本体的暂时支撑以及拆除后的取出，便于桥梁拆除工作的进行，可使得拆除台车功能性更强，而且无需搭设支架，可有效增加桥梁的拆除效率。
