Swivel dismantling device and method for cross-railway continuous rigid frame bridge
The invention discloses a cross-railway continuous rigid frame bridge swivel dismantling device and method which are used for a continuous steel structure bridge and comprise a swivel platform, a supporting and stabilizing device and a traction power device. The swivel platform comprises a pile foundation; the pile foundation is arranged below a main beam section of the continuous rigid frame bridge and surrounds double thin-wall piers at the bottom of the continuous rigid frame bridge; a temporary turning table is erected at the tops of the multiple pile foundations; the supporting and stabilizing device is mounted in the center of the temporary turning table, and the supporting and stabilizing device is fixedly connected with the temporary turning table and the main beam; the traction power device is installed on the supporting and stabilizing device. Through out-of-road construction, the existing cross-railway continuous beam bridge is rotated away from the position above the railway, the rotation platform is built, the main beam is rotated in situ to the position not affecting traffic to be dismantled, and interference to the existing railway is reduced.
本发明公开一种跨铁路连续刚构桥转体拆除装置及方法,用于连续钢构桥,包括:转体平台,支撑稳定装置及牵引动力装置;所述转体平台包括桩基;所述桩基设置于所述连续刚构桥的主梁段下方,且绕所述连续刚构桥底部的双薄壁墩环绕设置;若干个所述桩基顶部搭设有临时转体台;所述临时转体台中心安装有所述支撑稳定装置,所述支撑稳定装置与所述临时转体台及主梁固定连接;所述支撑稳定装置上安装有所述牵引动力装置。本申请通过路外施工,将既有跨铁路连续梁桥转离铁路上方,搭建转体平台,将主梁原位旋转至不影响交通处拆除,减少对既有铁路的干扰。
