Construction method for concealed type expansion joint of basement top plate
The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) pre-embedding a steel plate: A, in order to facilitate a waterproof effect and a welding effect, folding the 2mm steel plate according to the size in figure 1 when the 2mm steel plate is manufactured and formed, folding an upper opening of the pre-embedded steel plate to be 20mm flat so as to facilitate full-length welding, folding a lower opening of the pre-embedded steel plate at an angle of 45 degrees, and enabling the lower opening to face an upstream face, a 50 mm break angle in the middle of the right side cover plate is used for keeping the telescopic function of the expansion joint; b, all abutted seams and lap joint positions of the steel plate are subjected to full-length welding, the welding current is controlled during welding, and the steel plate is prevented from being welded through; (2) concrete return edge pouring and tamping: reinforced concrete return edges with the height of 200 mm and the thickness of 200 mm are manufactured on the two sides of the expansion joint firstly, and the embedded steel plate is exposed by 100 mm and placed in the middle as shown in the figure 2; according to the construction method designed by the invention, the problem of expansion joint leakage caused after the basement top plate or the roof is filled with soil is effectively solved, materials in the construction method are simple, the engineering amount is reduced, the engineering cost is reduced, and the building material and the construction cost are saved.
本发明公开了地下室顶板暗埋式伸缩缝施工方法,包括如下步骤:(一)预埋钢板:A、为便于防水效果和焊接效果,2mm钢板制作成型时可按图1中尺寸折板,用于预埋的钢板上口折平20mm便于满焊焊接,下口30mm折角45°朝迎水面,右侧盖板中间50mm折角目的是保留伸缩缝的伸缩功能;B、钢板的所有拼缝和搭接位置采用满焊焊接,焊接时控制焊接电流大小,防止将钢板焊穿;(二)混凝土返边浇捣:伸缩缝两侧均先做200mm高、200厚钢筋混凝土返边,预埋钢板外露100mm居中放置,如图2。本发明设计的施工方法有效的解决了地下室顶板或屋面填土后造成的伸缩缝渗漏问题,且工法中取材简单,减少了工程量,减少工程造价,节约了建筑材料和施工成本。
