The invention discloses a one-step forming die for blocking a reverse ridge of a flue reserved hole and a construction method thereof, the one-step forming die comprises a vertical rod penetrating through the flue reserved hole and a long supporting block movably sleeving the vertical rod, one end of the long supporting block is arranged on a floor, the other end of the long supporting block abuts against a flue, and the vertical rod is connected with a pressing piece; the reverse ridge formwork is arranged on the floor slab, and the short supporting block is used for pressing the reverse ridge formwork to the wall corner in an abutting mode. According to the method, the operation difficulty and defects in current conventional construction are overcome, the flue reserved hole and the flue reverse ridge can be formed through one-time pouring, the risk of leakage in the later period is reduced, the mold supporting strength is high, the finished product quality of the reverse ridge is guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. Chiseling repair work and cost caused by leakage or reverse ridge deformation in the later period are avoided; the mold is provided with a telescopic structure, so that the mold can be suitable for flue reverse ridges with different sizes and flue reserved holes with different sizes after chiseling; and the mold can be recycled for a long time.
