Lightweight environment-friendly concrete and preparation method thereof
Disclosed lightweight environment-friendly concrete comprises the following components: 120 to 140 kg/m<3> of Portland cement, 30 to 45 kg/m<3> of fly ash, 30 to 45 kg/m<3> of mineral powder, 350 to 400 kg/m<3> of sand, 655 to 702 kg/m<3> of G5-20 mm pebbles, 518 to 545 kg/m<3> of G20-40 mm pebbles, 5 to 15 kg/m<3> of diatom mud microcapsules, 25 to 40 kg/m<3> of ceramsite, and 100 to 130 kg/m<3>of water. Diatomite, graphene oxide, activated carbon and other materials are microencapsulated to promote the concrete to form a porous structure, thereby facilitating contact between the capsules and outside air to implement the long-acting adsorption effect on indoor formaldehyde and other pollutants. The formed microcapsules can be matched with other components, so that the obtained concrete effectively has good light weight, high strength and stability, and is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种轻质环保型混凝土,各组分及其含量包括:硅酸盐水泥120~140kg/m3,粉煤灰30~45kg/m3,矿粉30~45kg/m3,砂350~400kg/m3,G5‑20mm卵石655~702kg/m3,G20‑40mm卵石518~545kg/m3,硅藻泥微胶囊5~15kg/m3,陶粒25~40kg/m3,水100~130kg/m3。本发明通过将硅藻土、氧化石墨烯、活性炭等材料进行微胶囊化,促进混凝土形成多孔性结构,有利于胶囊与外界空气接触以实现对室内甲醛等污染物的长效吸附效果;且形成的微胶囊可与其他组分配合作用,使所得混凝土有效兼顾良好的轻质、高强和稳定性能,适合推广应用。
