Jig-frame-free support construction method for steel suspension structure
The invention relates to a jig-frame-free support construction method for a steel suspension structure. The method comprises the following steps: 1) deepening the construction process of the steel suspension structure; (2) mounting a cantilever steel beam of a steel suspension structure, and pre-arching the cantilever steel beam by adopting an inhaul cable; (3) profile steel inclined struts are installed on a suspension layer on the lower portion of the suspension area of the steel suspension structure to serve as temporary supports, suspension columns are installed at the outer ends of the cantilever steel beams, and a stable and reliable supporting system is formed in the suspension area; (4) the inhaul cable is dismantled, and upper components of the steel suspension area are sequentially installed; (5) an upper truss layer of the steel suspension area is installed, the profile steel inclined struts are dismantled, and transformation of a stress system of the steel suspension structure is completed; and (6) concrete is poured on the steel bar truss floor support plate from bottom to top in sequence, and installation of the steel suspension structure is completed. According to the construction method, a profile steel inclined strut system is adopted for construction of the steel suspension structure, building of a jig frame support can be omitted, and through the four-in-one construction technology of process deepening, virtual construction, the numerical simulation technology and dynamic monitoring control, the construction safety and quality are guaranteed to the maximum extent, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明涉及一种钢悬吊结构免胎架支撑施工方法。本发明包括以下步骤:1)对钢悬吊结构施工工序进行深化;2)安装钢悬吊结构的悬挑钢梁,采用拉索对其预起拱;3)在钢悬吊结构悬吊区域下部悬挂层,安装型钢斜撑作为临时支撑,并在悬挑钢梁外端部安装吊柱,使悬吊区域形成稳定可靠支撑体系;4)拆除拉索,依次安装钢悬吊区域上部构件;5)安装完成钢悬吊区域上部桁架层,拆除型钢斜撑,完成钢悬吊结构受力体系转化;6)按照自下向上顺序在钢筋桁架楼承板上浇筑混凝土,完成钢悬吊结构安装。本发明对钢悬吊结构施工采用型钢斜撑体系,可免除搭设胎架支撑,通过工序深化、虚拟建造、数值模拟技术和动态监测控制的“四位一体”建造技术,最大限度确保施工安全和质量,降低了施工成本,缩短了工期。
