The lower supporting frame is detachably connected with the upper supporting frame, and when the upper supporting frame is installed on the lower supporting frame, the bottom end of the upper supporting frame partially extends into the lower supporting frame and can slide up and down in the lower supporting frame in the vertical direction; the locking piece is partially arranged in the lower supporting frame, and the locking piece is used for limiting the movement of the upper supporting frame; and the bottom of the hydraulic jacking device is connected with the lower supporting frame, the output end of the hydraulic jacking device is connected with the upper supporting frame, and the hydraulic jacking device acts to adjust the height of the upper supporting frame relative to the lower supporting frame. Thus, the upper supporting frame can be installed in the lower supporting frame or taken out of the lower supporting frame, and meanwhile, the locking piece and the hydraulic jacking device are arranged on the lower supporting frame, so that the foundation back-jacking device is simple in working procedure and short in construction time in the installation and detachment process, and then the material and labor cost is reduced.
