The invention relates to a floor construction robot. The floor construction robot comprises a movable chassis; the equipment body is arranged on the movable chassis, the equipment body is provided with a containing space and an opening communicated with the containing space, the equipment body is provided with a first side and a second side which are oppositely arranged in the first direction, and the opening faces the first side; the cutting platform is arranged on the movable chassis, located on the first side of the equipment body and used for placing a floor; the cutting device is arranged in the containing space, the cutting device comprises a driving mechanism and a cutting mechanism, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the cutting mechanism to stretch out of the opening in the first direction so as to cut the floor or be folded in the containing space. The containing space is formed in the equipment body to contain the cutting device, the width of the equipment body is small, and the problem that the requirement for entering and exiting a door opening and the cutting function cannot be considered at the same time is solved.
