According to the copper-tailing-containing cement-based artificial stone disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the superfine copper tailings with more than 200 meshes are used as a cementing material-cement filling material of the cement-based artificial stone, and the superfine copper tailing powder is doped into the cement-based material of the artificial stone, so that the superfine copper tailing powder is better filled into the internal structure of cement, and the effect of consuming the copper tailings can be achieved; the environment pressure caused by tailing stockpiling is relieved, and it can be guaranteed that the strength of the prepared copper-containing tailing cement-based artificial stone reaches the corresponding standard at low cost.
