According to the removable circular assembled prefabricated open caisson and the construction method, the removable circular assembled prefabricated open caisson comprises a prefabricated shaft, the prefabricated shaft is formed by annularly splicing a plurality of longitudinally-arranged supporting columns, each supporting column comprises an overlapping part and a blade foot part, the overlapping part is formed by vertically connecting, installing and fixing a plurality of overlapping splicing blocks, and the blade foot parts are installed and fixed at the lower end of the overlapping part; at least one longitudinally-through grouting hole is formed in the middle of each overlapping splicing block, flow guide holes are formed in the inner side wall and the outer side wall of each overlapping splicing block respectively, and the flow guide holes are communicated with the grouting holes. Ground splicing, sinking through the open caisson method and pulling-out after backfilling in the prefabricated shaft are completed are adopted, the open caisson cast-in-place manufacturing time is greatly shortened, meanwhile, sinking through the open caisson method is adopted, different geological requirements can be met, and the problems that the open caisson is difficult to dismantle through the cast-in-place method, the underground space is occupied, and resources are wasted are solved through the characteristic that the open caisson can be pulled out after construction is completed.
一种可拔除的圆形拼装预制沉井及施工方法,包括预制井筒,所述预制井筒由若干纵向布置的支撑柱环形拼接而成,所述支撑柱包括叠加部和刃脚部,叠加部由若干叠加拼接块上下连接安装固定而成,刃脚部安装固定在叠加部的下端;所述叠加拼接块的中部设有至少一个纵向贯通的灌浆孔,叠加拼接块的内外侧壁分别设有导流孔,导流孔与灌浆孔连通。采用地面拼装,沉井法下沉,预制井筒内回填完成后拔除,极大缩短了沉井现浇制作的时间,同时采用沉井法下沉,能适应不同的地质要求,施工完成后,可拔除的特性解决了现浇法沉井拆除困难、占用地下空间、资源浪费的问题。
