Construction method for fully-prefabricated side wall tunnel portal of underground structure
The invention discloses a construction method of a fully-prefabricated side wall tunnel portal for an underground structure, which comprises the following steps of: 1, pouring a lower frame beam, and reserving a lower groove; 2, arranging a rubber water-stop belt in the lower groove, and clamping the rubber water-stop belt into all prefabricated plate temporary wall bodies; 3, rubber waterstops and steel formworks used for pouring upper frame beams are sequentially arranged at the upper ends of all the prefabricated plate temporary wall bodies upwards; 4, a gap between the steel formwork and the corresponding prefabricated slab temporary wall is tightened through a pre-pressing bolt, and the corresponding rubber water stop belt is pressed; 5, two side pilasters and an upper frame beam are poured; 6, arranging a steel plate which is connected with the corresponding prefabricated plate temporary wall body, covers the height of the corresponding prefabricated plate temporary wall body and extends in the width direction of the door frame structure; 7, grease is smeared to fill the corresponding gap positions; and 8, after excavation of the foundation pit is finished, all the prefabricated plate temporary wall bodies are dismantled and recycled. The side wall tunnel portal of the underground structure is free of chiseling and convenient to disassemble, and the defects in the prior art are overcome.
本发明公开了用于地下构筑物的全预制装配侧墙洞门的施工方法,包括如下步骤:1、浇筑下框架梁,并预留下凹槽;2、在下凹槽设置橡胶止水带,卡入所有预制板临时墙体;3、在所有预制板临时墙体的上端向上依次设置橡胶止水带和用于浇筑上框架梁的钢模板;4、通过预压螺栓收紧钢模板与相应的预制板临时墙体之间的间隙压紧相应的橡胶止水带;5、浇筑两侧壁柱和上框架梁;6、设置与相应的预制板临时墙体连接,覆盖相应的预制板临时墙体高度,并沿门框结构的宽度方向延伸的钢板;7、涂抹黄油填满相应的间隙位置;8、在基坑开挖结束后,拆除并回收所有预制板临时墙体。本发明实现地下构筑物侧墙洞门的免凿除和方便拆卸,弥补了现有技术的不足。
