The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing calcium hydroxide raw refined slurry, sieving to remove impurities, adjusting the temperature and the mass percentage concentration of the calcium hydroxide raw refined slurry, adding the calcium hydroxide raw refined slurry into a bubbling carbonization tower reactor, introducing carbon dioxide gas, carrying out bubbling carbonization, and stopping carbonization until the pH value of the slurry is less than or equal to 7.2, so as to prepare calcium carbonate boiled slurry; and carrying out filter pressing dehydration on the calcium carbonate boiled slurry until the water content is 20% to prepare an active calcium carbonate filter cake, putting the active calcium carbonate filter cake in an oven at 55 DEG C, carrying out vacuum drying overnight, and carrying out secondary treatment to obtain the micro-nano calcium carbonate.
