The invention discloses a preparation method of nano calcium carbonate raw material gas, which comprises the following steps: mixing rich oxygen containing 90-95% of oxygen prepared by a pressure swing adsorption tower with carbonized tail gas discharged by a carbonization reaction kettle to obtain combustion-supporting gas in which the oxygen content is 21-23%, the carbon dioxide content is 22-25% and the nitrogen content is 52-57%; the combustion-supporting gas is introduced into a lime kiln, coal and limestone are used as raw materials, the limestone is calcined through the lime kiln, lime kiln gas is generated, and the content of carbon dioxide in the lime kiln gas is 37-60%; the lime kiln gas is purified and then sent back to the carbonization reaction kettle to serve as nano calcium carbonate raw material gas. The method is safe and reliable, energy consumption is saved, production of nano calcium carbonate is facilitated, carbonized tail gas is recycled, and resource utilization of the tail gas is achieved.
本发明公开了一种纳米碳酸钙原料气的制造方法,将变压吸附塔制得的含90~95%氧气的富氧与碳化反应釜排出的碳化尾气混合,得到助燃气,助燃气中氧气含量为21~23%、二氧化碳为22~25%、氮气含量为52~57%;将助燃气通入石灰窑,以煤、石灰石作为原料,通过石灰窑煅烧石灰石,产生石灰窑气,石灰窑气中二氧化碳含量为37~60%;石灰窑气净化后送回碳化反应釜作为纳米碳酸钙原料气。本发明方法安全可靠,节省能耗,有利于纳米碳酸钙的生产,回收了碳化尾气,实现了尾气的资源化利用。
