The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to anti-crack and anti-seepage concrete and a preparation method thereof.The anti-crack and anti-seepage concrete is prepared from, by weight, 100-120 parts of cement, 30-50 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of mineral powder, 100-150 parts of fine stone, 2-20 parts of polyurethane hollow fibers internally provided with concrete powder, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 30-60 parts of water; the concrete powder comprises cement and mineral powder. Part of concrete powder is arranged in the polyurethane hollow fibers, the strength of the fibers is improved, meanwhile, the elasticity and hydrophilicity of the polyurethane fibers are utilized, the bonding strength of the fibers and the concrete and the tensile limit value of the concrete are improved, and finally the crack resistance and seepage resistance of the concrete are improved.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,具体为一种抗裂防渗混凝土及其制备方法,所述抗裂防渗混凝土按重量份包括:水泥100‑120份、粉煤灰30‑50份、矿粉20‑30份、细石100‑150份、内置混凝土粉料的聚氨酯中空纤维2‑20份、减水剂2‑5份和水30‑60份;所述混凝土粉料包括水泥和矿粉。本发明通过在聚氨酯中空纤维中内置部分混凝土粉料,提高纤维本身强度,同时利用聚氨酯纤维的弹性和亲水性,提高纤维与混凝土的结合强度以及混凝土的抗拉伸极限值,最终提高混凝土的抗裂防渗性。
