The invention provides a construction method of a variable-width variable-inclination-angle steel box girder for highway turning, which comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a temporary bracket according to the segmentation condition of the steel box girder, and adopting a concrete foundation as a lower foundation of the temporary bracket; s2, hoisting equipment is adopted for hoisting the segmented steel box girders one by one, axis deviation and elevation need to be checked for segmented hoisting and positioning, and after checking is qualified, positioning horse plates are adopted for temporarily fixing the steel box girder segments; s3, after positioning of the steel box girder is completed, welding seams between the sections of the steel box girder are welded; and S4, after welding is completed, anti-corrosion treatment is conducted on the whole steel box girder. According to the construction method of the variable-width variable-inclination-angle steel box girder for the road turning, corresponding foundation treatment measures are taken according to the conditions of foundations where different temporary supports are located according to local conditions, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
