The invention discloses a method for recovering quartz from tungsten tailings and preparing artificial stones, which comprises the following steps: firstly, crushing and screening hand-selected waste stones and tailings into different particle sizes, and carrying out mineral separation on each particle size through a color sorter to obtain different aggregates; allowing undersize products and a sieve to form a closed circuit through a ball mill to grind the tungsten tailings, then allowing the ground products to be subjected to desliming through hydraulic classification, purifying the tungsten tailings through magnetic separation to obtain magnetic separation fine sand, andallowing the magnetic separation fine sand to be subjected to flotation to finally obtain a filler; and mixing the obtained aggregate, the filler, a coupling agent, unsaturated resin and a curing agent, and finally performing mold reversing, vacuum vibration compression molding, curing and drying to obtain an artificial stone product. According to the method, resource recycling and high-added-value utilization of quartz in tungsten tailings can be achieved, the technological process is simple, energy consumption is low, and good economic, social and environmental benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种从钨尾矿中回收石英并制备人造石的方法,包括以下步骤:首先将手选废石及尾矿破碎筛分成不同的粒级,每个粒级通过色选机进行选矿得到不同的骨料。筛下产品经球磨机与筛子组成闭路对钨尾矿进行磨矿,然后将磨矿产物通过水力分级进行脱泥,再通过磁选对钨尾矿进行提纯获得磁选精砂,磁选精砂经浮选最终获得填充料;将所获得骨料、填充料与偶联剂、不饱和树脂、固化剂混合,最后经过倒模、真空振压成型、固化、烘干得到人造石产品。本发明可实现钨尾矿中石英的资源化回收及高附加值利用,工艺流程简单,能耗低,具有良好的经济、社会、环境效益。
