The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum oxide ceramic preparation, in particular to aluminum oxide slurry and a preparation method thereof.The aluminum oxide slurry is applied to photocuring 3D printing ceramic preparation, and the aluminum oxide slurry is prepared from, by weight, 4 parts of aluminum oxide and 1-3 parts of photosensitive resin; the photosensitive resin contains three-functional-group acrylic resin, two-functional-group acrylic resin or/and single-functional-group acrylic resin in a weight ratio of (35-50): (20-40): (0-30); the solid content of the aluminum oxide slurry is as high as 50.13 vol%, the viscosity is as low as 2.78 Pa.s, and the aluminum oxide slurry has the advantages of high solid content, low viscosity and low cost, and can improve the ceramic density when being applied to photocuring 3D printing ceramic preparation.
本发明涉及氧化铝陶瓷制备技术领域,具体为一种氧化铝浆料及其制备方法,所述氧化铝浆料应用于光固化3D打印制备陶瓷中,所述氧化铝浆料含有以下重量配比的原料:氧化铝4份,光敏树脂1‑3份;所述光敏树脂中含重量比为35‑50:20‑40:0‑30的三官能团丙烯酸树脂、二官能团丙烯酸树脂或/和单官能团丙烯酸树脂;所述氧化铝浆料固含量高达50.13vol%,粘度低至2.78Pa·s,具有高固含量、低粘度和低成本的优点,应用在光固化3D打印制备陶瓷中,可提高陶瓷密度。
