The invention discloses a diameter-expanding anti-seismic casing pipe concrete pile in a seasonal frozen soil area and a construction method. A top cover provided with a grouting opening and a water drainage opening is mounted at the top of a plastic casing pipe, and a prefabricated pile tip is mounted at the bottom of the plastic casing pipe; the top and the bottom of the expanding rubber are fixed to the outer side of the plastic sleeve in a sealed mode through fixing hoops. A plurality of slurry outlets are uniformly distributed in the plastic sleeve within the range of the expanding rubber; the plurality of drainage plates are internally provided with heating plates and are annularly and symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the expanding rubber; the embedded pipe is arranged on the inner wall of the plastic sleeve and in the prefabricated pile tip, and is provided with a resistance-reducing material inlet at the plastic sleeve and a resistance-reducing material outlet at the bottom of the prefabricated pile tip. By arranging the soil breaking conical tip at the tip of the precast pile and injecting the resistance reducing material in a pressurized manner, the driving efficiency is effectively improved. The side friction resistance of the sleeve concrete pile is increased through the diameter expanding rubber, the adverse effect of concrete curing shrinkage is eliminated, and the bearing capacity is improved; meanwhile, frost heaving disasters are avoided by using the heating plate.
本发明公开了一种季节性冻土地区的扩径抗震套管混凝土桩及施工方法,塑料套管顶部安装有开设有注浆口和排水口的顶盖,底部安装预制桩尖;所述扩径橡胶的顶部和底部通过固定箍密封地固定于塑料套管外侧;所述扩径橡胶范围内的塑料套管上均布若干出浆口;若干所述排水板内置加热板,环向对称地设置在扩径橡胶外侧;所述预埋管设置在塑料套管内壁和预制桩尖内,设置塑料套管处的减阻材料进口和预制桩尖底部的减阻材料出口。本发明通过预制桩尖端部设置破土锥尖以及加压注入减阻材料的方式,有效提高打设效率。通过扩径橡胶增加了套管混凝土桩侧摩阻力消除混凝土养护收缩的不利影响,提高承载力;同时使用加热板避免冻胀灾害。
