The adopted steel pile structure comprises a vertically-arranged steel pipe pile body, the outer side wall of the bottom end of the steel pipe pile body is fixedly connected with a coaxially-arranged annular supporting plate, the periphery of the steel pipe pile body is sleeved with a sleeve coaxial with the steel pipe pile body, and the side wall of the lower end of the sleeve is shrunk into a sharp shape to form a pile tip part; a plurality of sleeve bolt connecting grooves are formed in the position, above the pile tip part, of the inner side wall of the lower end of the sleeve, each sleeve bolt connecting groove is correspondingly provided with a bolt, and when the steel pipe pile body and the sleeve are fixedly connected through the bolts, the outer wall of the steel pipe pile body, the annular supporting plate and the inner wall of the sleeve form a pre-filling material containing cavity; an automatic separation structure is arranged between the steel pipe pile body and the sleeve; during construction, the pre-filling material containing cavity is filled with coarse sand in advance, the whole steel pipe pile body and the sleeve are squeezed into soil to a set depth in a static pressure or hammering mode, and finally the sleeve is pulled out.
本发明涉及一种适用于冻土地区的工程桩施工方法,属于桩基工程技术领域。本发明采用的钢桩结构包括竖向设置的钢管桩身,钢管桩身的底端外侧壁固定连接有同轴设置的环形支撑板,钢管桩身的外周套设有与其同轴的套筒,套筒的下端侧壁收缩成尖锐状以形成桩尖部,套筒的下端内侧壁在桩尖部的上方位置设置有多个套筒插销连接槽,每个套筒插销连接槽对应设置有插销,钢管桩身与套筒通过插销连接固定时,钢管桩身外壁、环形支撑板与套筒内壁组成构成预填物料容纳腔;钢管桩身与套筒之间设置有可自动分离结构;施工时先在预填物料容纳腔内预先装填好粗砂,钢管桩身及套筒整体采用静压或者锤击形式挤入土内至设定深度,最后往外拔出套筒即可。
