The anti-slide pile is of a hollow structure; the refrigerating device is arranged in the hollow part of the anti-slide pile in a penetrating manner and is fixedly connected with the anti-slide pile; the refrigerating device comprises a main body, and a liquid conveying pipeline is arranged in the main body; the main body sequentially comprises an evaporation section, a heat insulation section and a condensation section from bottom to top; the evaporation section is located in a frozen soil layer, and the evaporation section is filled with liquid ammonia; the heat insulation section comprises a heat insulation layer, the heat insulation section comprises a heat insulation layer containing a heat insulation material, and the heat insulation layer is annularly arranged on the surface, located in the slide-resistant pile, of the main body; the top of the liquid conveying pipeline is located on the condensation section and provided with a top cover. According to the invention, an active refrigeration anti-slide pile structure can be formed, frozen soil is actively protected while the anti-slide force of a soil body is enhanced, the temperature stability of a frozen soil layer can be maintained for a long time, and effective protection of objects damaged by the landslide body is realized.
