The invention discloses a boron nitride ceramic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking mixed powder containing boron nitride and boric acid, and performing cold sintering and annealing to obtain the boron nitride ceramic material. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, cold sintering treatment is carried out before annealing, so that the compactness of the boron nitride ceramic material is favorably improved, the obtained ceramic material is few in pores, high in density and good in heat-conducting property, and meanwhile, the obtained boron nitride ceramic material has the characteristic of low dielectric constant.
本发明公开了一种氮化硼陶瓷材料及其制备方法与应用。所述制备方法包括如下步骤:取含有氮化硼和硼酸的混合粉体,经冷烧结,退火,制得所述氮化硼陶瓷材料。本发明的所述制备方法中于退火前进行冷烧结处理,有利于氮化硼陶瓷材料致密性提升,使所得陶瓷材料的孔隙少、密度高,陶瓷材料的导热性能好,同时本发明所得氮化硼陶瓷材料具有介电常数低的特点。
