Adding an organic binder into the two-dimensional boron nitride dispersion liquid to obtain a mixed liquid; granulating the mixed solution by spray drying to obtain a precursor; pre-sintering the precursor in an oxygen-containing atmosphere to remove the organic binder in the precursor so as to obtain an intermediate; and sintering the intermediate in inert gas by Joule heat to obtain the boron nitride full-ceramic particles. According to the boron nitride all-ceramic particle provided by the invention, the two-dimensional boron nitride nanosheets are wrapped and assembled layer by layer to form a compact sphere, and the two-dimensional boron nitride nanosheets in the spherical particle are mutually sintered and bonded, so that the boron nitride all-ceramic particle has excellent mechanical structure stability and thermal conductivity.
