The invention discloses a pin type mechanical connector and a precast concrete pile. The mechanical connector comprises a first nut sleeve, a second nut sleeve, an insertion rod and a locking positioning pin. The first nut sleeve is connected with the insertion rod; a positioning pin blind hole with gradually reduced aperture is formed in the insertion rod; a locking positioning pin is arranged on the second nut sleeve, and after the inserting rod is inserted into the second nut sleeve, the locking positioning pin is clamped with the inserting rod and used for limiting and fixing the inserting rod and the second nut sleeve. According to the pin type mechanical connector disclosed by the invention, a locking structure is formed between the locking positioning pin and the second sleeve nut after the locking positioning pin is clamped with the insertion rod, so that any axial movement cannot be carried out between the positioning insertion rod and the second nut sleeve, that is, when precast concrete is connected through the anchor clamping type mechanical connector disclosed by the invention, the locking positioning pin can be locked; and it can be guaranteed that the connecting end faces of the two sections of precast piles are completely attached without gaps.
