The invention provides an abandoned mine vertical shaft cluster type hydrogen storage well and a construction method thereof. The cluster type hydrogen storage well is composed of a stable structure and a hydrogen storage well structure, and the hydrogen storage well structure is arranged in an abandoned mine vertical shaft and comprises a cement protection layer, an asphaltic sand rubber buffer layer, a steel lining layer and a hydrogen storage well body which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; the stabilizing structure is composed of a stabilizing plate and an expanded-head anchor rod, the stabilizing plate is arranged on the top of the hydrogen storage well, the structure is reinforced and stabilized through the expanded-head anchor rod, and meanwhile, a deflation channel is arranged to timely eliminate leaked hydrogen. The lining layer and the hydrogen storage well form a double-layer composite structure, good leakproofness is guaranteed through the hydrogen storage well, meanwhile, stability and safety of the structure are guaranteed through the lining layer, the problem that abandoned mine resources are idle can be solved, and large-scale and safe storage of hydrogen can be achieved; and possibility is provided for large-area popularization and application of the hydrogen energy industry.
本发明提供了一种废弃矿山竖井集束式储氢井及其施工方法。所述集束式储氢井由稳固结构及储氢井结构组成,所述储氢井结构设置于废弃矿山竖井内,包括由外向内依次设置的水泥保护层、沥青砂胶缓冲层、钢衬层、储氢井;所述稳固结构由稳固板及扩大头锚杆组成,所述稳固板设置于储氢井顶部,并通过扩大头锚杆对结构进行加固稳定,同时设有放气通道及时排除泄露氢气。本发明利用衬砌层及储氢井组成双层复合结构,利用储氢井保证了良好的密闭性,同时又利用衬砌层保证结构的稳定性和安全性,既能解决废弃矿山资源闲置问题,又能实现氢气规模化、安全化储存,为氢能产业大面积推广应用提供了可能性。
