The invention discloses a prefabricated assembled vertical shaft type storage pond structure and a construction method. A plurality of stand columns are arranged on the inner side of a drop gallery; a plurality of bracket structures are arranged on the faces, facing the vertical shaft structure, of the stand columns. All the bracket structures are arranged around a spiral line around the central axis of the vertical shaft structure; the drop gallery is erected on the multiple bracket structures; each stand column comprises a plurality of prefabricated assembly column sections which are sequentially spliced end to end; the face, facing the inner side wall of the vertical shaft structure, of each prefabricated assembly column section is provided with at least one bracket structure. The drop gallery comprises a plurality of prefabricated assembled gallery sections which are sequentially spliced end to end; and corresponding prefabricated assembled gallery sections are arranged on any two adjacent bracket structures. During construction, the prefabricated assembly column sections and the corresponding prefabricated assembly gallery sections of all the stand columns are installed layer by layer from bottom to top, and construction is repeated till all the prefabricated assembly column sections and all the prefabricated assembly gallery sections are installed. A full-prefabricated splicing form is adopted, and a quick, efficient, green and low-carbon vertical shaft type storage pond structure is achieved.
本发明公开了预制拼装式竖井型调蓄池结构及施工方法,跌水廊道内侧设有多根立柱;立柱朝向竖井结构的一面均设有多个牛腿结构;所有牛腿结构环绕竖井结构的中轴线绕螺旋线布置;跌水廊道架设在多个牛腿结构上;每一立柱均包括多个首尾依次拼接的预制拼装柱段;每一预制拼装柱段朝向竖井结构内侧壁的一面均设有最少一个牛腿结构;跌水廊道包括多个首尾依次拼接的预制拼装廊道段;任意两个相邻的牛腿结构上均设有相应的预制拼装廊道段。施工时,从下向上逐层安装每一立柱的预制拼装柱段,及相应的预制拼装廊道段,并重复施工至所有预制拼装柱段和预制拼装廊道段安装完毕。本发明采用全预制拼装形式,实现快速高效,绿色低碳的竖井型调蓄池结构。
