Method for erecting pouring side formwork structures of super-long floor plates on two sides of post-cast strip
The invention discloses an erecting method for pouring side formwork structures of super-long floor plates on the two sides of a post-cast strip. The problems that post-cast strip side formworks are difficult to arrange and cannot be repeatedly used are solved. A traditional method that a steel wire mesh serves as a side formwork is abandoned, the side formwork is designed to be in a split inserting and splicing mode, namely, L-shaped angle aluminum pieces are arranged on an aluminum floor plate pouring bottom formwork at intervals, floor plate steel bars are arranged between every two adjacent L-shaped angle aluminum pieces, a gap between every two adjacent L-shaped angle aluminum pieces is blocked through a T-shaped inserting piece on the upper portion, and the L-shaped angle aluminum pieces and the floor plate steel bars are connected in a split inserting and splicing mode. A closed side template is formed; the method comprises the following steps of: arranging L-shaped angle aluminum pieces at intervals on a bottom template according to the position of a post-cast strip after the splicing of the bottom template of the floor plate is completed, then arranging an integral reinforcing mesh in the floor plate, and finally blocking a gap between two adjacent L-shaped angle aluminum pieces by using a T-shaped connector to form a closed side template; and repeated use can be realized.
本发明公开了一种后浇带两侧的超长楼层板浇筑侧模板结构的支设方法,解决了后浇带侧模板布设困难和无法重复使用的问题;摈弃传统的用钢丝网片作为侧模板的方法,将侧模板设计为分体接插拼接式,即在铝制楼层板浇筑底模板上,间隔布置L形角铝件,在两相邻的L形角铝件之间布设楼层板钢筋,用上方的T形接插件封堵两相邻L形角铝件之间的空隙,形成封闭的侧模板;并改变传统的侧模板布设工序,当楼层板底模板拼接完成后,根据后浇带位置,在底模板上间隔地布设L形角铝件,之后布设楼层板内的整体的钢筋网片,最后用T形接插件封堵两相邻L形角铝件之间的空隙,形成封闭的侧模板;可重复使用。
