Lightweight concrete plate with excellent strength and quality and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a lightweight concrete plate which is light in weight, has excellent strength and quality, is environmentally friendly, hardly deforms even after long-term use, and has excellent strength and quality because an FRP rod body or an FRP mesh made of fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) is provided inside, and a method for manufacturing the same, comprising: a concrete C main body 2 having a predetermined length, a predetermined width, and a predetermined height; the FRP rod body 5 is arranged in the main body 2; and recessed grooves (3, 4) formed on both sides of the main body (2) in the longitudinal direction. The FRP rod body (5) can be replaced with FRP. And the pipe 9 is embedded in the main body 2 and is used for inserting a constant-temperature electric wire 8. And a fastener 26 used for fixing the concrete slab on the lower supporting piece 33 is also included. A method for manufacturing a concrete slab according to the present invention comprises: a) a step for assembling a molding frame for molding a concrete slab; b) arranging and bundling the FRP rod bodies in the internal space of the forming frame; c) putting the concrete into the forming frame and vibrating the concrete at the same time; d) curing the concrete, which has been put in and vibrated, for 20-50 hours; e) decomposing the forming frame to obtain a cured concrete slab; and f) curing the demolded concrete slab for 60-100 hours to obtain the final concrete slab. The step b further comprises the step that when the FRP rod body is arranged in the inner space of the forming frame, a pipe used for inserting a constant-temperature electric wire is arranged in the inner space of the forming frame.
