The invention provides a water stop belt, a building and a construction method, the water stop belt is used for water stop of a building construction joint, the water stop belt comprises a grouting pipe located in the middle, a first water stop plate and a second water stop plate, the first water stop plate and the second water stop plate are located on the two sides of the grouting pipe, and the first water stop plate is used for being inserted into a building cutting joint; the first water stop plate is provided with a grouting channel communicating with the grouting pipe and the building cutting seam. According to the water-stop belt, aiming at a construction joint which is not provided with a water-stop steel plate and has the anti-seepage requirement, the anti-seepage effect of the supplemented water-stop plate can be combined with a high-pressure grouting mode in the later period to disperse, uniformly and tightly fill a seepage passage at the position of the construction joint; and the leakage phenomenon of the construction joint at the position where the water stop steel plate is not arranged can be effectively avoided.
本发明提供了一种止水带、建筑物及施工方法,用于建筑施工缝的止水,包括位于中部的注浆管及位于所述注浆管两侧的第一止水板及第二止水板,所述第一止水板用于插入建筑切割缝的内部,所述第一止水板上具有连通所述注浆管及所述建筑切割缝的注浆通道。本发明的止水带针对漏设止水钢板的有防渗漏要求的施工缝,可利用补设的止水板自身的防渗漏效果结合在后期通过高压注浆的方式对施工缝位置的渗漏通路进行分散且均匀紧密的填充,能有效避免漏设止水钢板位置的施工缝出现渗漏现象。
