The invention relates to a self-dispersing composite conductive filler for road self-sensing and a preparation method of the self-dispersing composite conductive filler. The self-dispersed composite conductive filler is prepared by uniformly loading a zero-dimensional conductive filler on a two-dimensional conductive filler and/or a one-dimensional conductive filler with anionic surfactant molecules, wherein the mass of the two-dimensional conductive filler and/or the one-dimensional conductive filler with the anionic surfactant molecules accounts for 40wt%-50wt% of the mass of the self-dispersing conductive filler, and the mass of the zero-dimensional conductive filler accounts for 50wt%-60wt% of the mass of the self-dispersing conductive filler. The invention also provides a preparation method of the dispersed composite conductive filler. When the self-dispersing conductive filler provided by the invention is added into a cement-based material, not only can the fiber bridging effect of the one-dimensional conductive filler or the multi-layer structure toughening effect of the two-dimensional conductive filler be played, the mechanical property of the cement-based material be enhanced, but also the hydration degree of cement can be further improved due to the nano-nucleation effect of the zero-dimensional conductive filler particles, so that the self-dispersing conductive filler can be applied to the cement-based material. The mechanical property of the cement-based smart material is enhanced.
