The invention provides compacted building solid waste solidified soil. The compacted building solid waste solidified soil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-96 parts of building solid waste soil; 0-35 parts by weight of a soil material; 4-10 parts by weight of cement; 0.02 to 0.5 part by weight of a curing agent; 8 to 20 parts by weight of water; and the curing agent is a consolidation-series curing agent. According to the compaction type building solid waste solidified soil, specific components with specific contents are adopted, overall good interaction is achieved, the utilization rate of the obtained compaction type building solid waste solidified soil on building solid waste soil is high, and the product has high strength; meanwhile, the compaction type building solid waste solidified soil provided by the invention also has hardening property, good freezing resistance, scouring resistance and long-term stability. Experimental results show that the use amount of the building solid waste soil in the compaction type building solid waste solidified soil can reach 90% or above, and the compaction type building solid waste solidified soil not only has good physical and mechanical properties, the strength reaches 3-10 MPa, but also has hardening property, good freezing resistance, washing resistance and long-term stability, and is a novel road engineering material.
本发明提供了一种压实型建筑固废固化土,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:建筑固废土65~96重量份;土料0~35重量份;水泥4~10重量份;固化剂0.02~0.5重量份;水8~20重量份;所述固化剂为固结灵系列固化剂。该压实型建筑固废固化土,采用特定含量的特定组分,实现整体较好的相互作用,得到的压实型建筑固废固化土对建筑固废土的利用率高,且产品具有较高的强度;同时,本发明提供的压实型建筑固废固化土还具有板结性,良好的抗冻性、耐冲刷性和长久稳定性。实验结果表明,本发明提供的压实型建筑固废固化土中建筑固废土的用量能够达到90%以上,不仅具有良好的物理力学性能,强度达3~10MPa,还具有板结性,良好的抗冻性、耐冲刷性和长久稳定性,是一类新型道路工程材料。
