The invention discloses an unmanned transportation and feeding method and system for building 3D printing bagged materials. The method comprises the steps that a working area where the bagged materials need to be used is determined; a transportation path, a loading point and a supply point of the bagged materials are set in the working area; starting the unmanned vehicle, and automatically driving the unmanned vehicle to a feeding point according to a set path; after a feeding point is reached, automatic feeding is carried out; after feeding is completed, the unmanned vehicle loaded with the bagged materials leaves the feeding point and drives to a feeding point set by the stirring equipment of the printing system; after a feeding point is reached, automatic unloading is carried out; and after unloading is completed, the unmanned vehicle leaves the feeding point, one-time automatic conveying and feeding tasks of the bagged materials are completed, and the unmanned vehicle returns to the starting point. According to the invention, real-time monitoring and automatic control of the bagged materials can be realized, the construction efficiency and quality are improved, automatic carrying and fixed-point transportation from a stock yard to a stirrer are realized, the carrying speed of the bagged materials is improved, and the labor intensity of carrying of workers is reduced.
