The invention discloses a light self-foaming mining filling material, a preparation method and application, the light self-foaming mining filling material comprises a component A and a component B, the component A and the component B are liquid components, the component A comprises the following raw materials by weight: 15-20% of alkaline phenolic resin, 8-12% of mica powder, 0.05-0.1% of cellulose ether, 5-9% of expanded perlite, and 5-15% of bicarbonate; 1-2% of cocamidopropyl betaine, and 48-60% of water; and the component B is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-40% of aluminum sulfate and 60-70% of water. The filling material is foamed at normal temperature, cured at normal temperature, flame-retardant, high-temperature-resistant, high in foaming expansion, good in air tightness, excellent in plugging performance and capable of being conveyed remotely, solves the problems that in the prior art, the foaming performance and the material performance cannot be achieved at the same time, and the filling material is unsafe, and is suitable for filling of mine drill sites and upper corners or plugging of air leakage channels or construction of closed walls.
