The invention relates to improved expansive soil as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The improved expansive soil comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.4%-0.8% of bagasse fiber, 4%-8% of charcoal, 4% of cement, 0-1.25% of a pH value regulator and 85.95%-91.60% of to-be-improved expansive soil. A soil body structure is reinforced through bagasse fibers, and deformation of the soil body structure is restrained; the water stability and the structure stability of the soil body are improved by doping biochar; cement is doped, so that the soil body is sandy and pelletized, and the strength, compactness and stability of the soil body are further improved; the pH value regulator is doped to regulate the acid-base environment of the soil body, so that the subsequent ecological restoration is facilitated. The physical and mechanical properties of the expansive soil are remarkably improved, the swell-shrink potential of the expansive soil is effectively reduced, and the expansive soil can reach an acid-base environment suitable for plant growth. Meanwhile, resource utilization of solid waste is achieved, waste is turned into wealth, the preparation process is simple and feasible, and good engineering application value is achieved.
本发明涉及一种改良膨胀土及其制备方法和应用,改良膨胀土包括质量百分比为0.4%~0.8%的甘蔗渣纤维、4%~8%的生物炭、4%的水泥、0~1.25%的pH值调节剂以及85.95%~91.60%的待改良膨胀土。本发明通过甘蔗渣纤维加固土体结构,约束其变形;掺入生物炭提高土体水稳定性和结构稳定性;掺入水泥使土体砂质化和团粒化,进而提升土体强度、密实度和稳定性;掺入pH值调节剂调节土体的酸碱环境,利于后续的生态恢复。本发明显著改善膨胀土的物理力学特性,有效降低膨胀土的胀缩潜势,能够使其达到适宜植物生长的酸碱环境。同时实现固体废弃物的资源化利用,变废为宝,制备工艺简单可行,具有良好的工程应用价值。
