Modified clay material as well as preparation method and application thereof in impermeable layer
The invention relates to the technical field of impermeable materials, in particular to a modified clay material, a preparation method thereof and application of the modified clay material in an impermeable layer. The modified clay material comprises 30wt%-70wt% of natural clay and 30wt%-70wt% of a modifier, wherein the total content is 100%; the modifier comprises at least two of bentonite, sodium silicate and polyacrylamide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the mixed bentonite and sodium silicate into the natural clay, then adding a polyacrylamide aqueous solution, uniformly mixing, and compacting to obtain the modified clay material. According to the invention, the permeability coefficient of the natural clay can be effectively reduced, the permeability coefficient of the modified clay material can reach 1 * 10 <-8 > cm/s to 1 * 10 <-7 > cm/s, and the technical standard requirements of the impermeable layer of the landfill can be met.
本发明涉及防渗材料技术领域,具体为一种改性黏土材料及其制备方法和在防渗层中的应用。该改性黏土材料包括天然黏土30wt%~70wt%和改性剂30wt%~70wt%,总含量为100%;所述改性剂包括膨润土、硅酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺中的至少两种。制备方法为:将混合好的膨润土和硅酸钠加入到天然黏土中,然后再加入聚丙烯酰胺水溶液,混合均匀后压实,得到改性黏土材料。本发明可有效地降低天然黏土的渗透系数,经过改性的黏土材料其渗透系数可以达到1×10-8cm/s~1×10-7cm/s,能够满足填埋场防渗层的技术标准要求。
