The plastering device comprises a base; the plastering mechanism is arranged on the base; the clamping mechanism is arranged on the base in a sliding mode, the clamping mechanism and the plastering mechanism are arranged in the first direction, and the clamping mechanism is used for clamping and positioning bricks; the transferring mechanism is used for driving the clamping mechanism to be close to or away from the plastering mechanism in the first direction; and the measuring mechanism is used for detecting the position of the brick located on the clamping mechanism in the first direction. The plastering device can improve the plastering effect and the plastering efficiency.
