Neutral return mechanism

The neutral return mechanism (26) is provided with: a linkage shaft (31) that is pushed and pulled in the axial direction (D3) in conjunction with the swinging operation of the operation member (80); a housing member (32) that supports the linkage shaft (31) so as to be movable in the axial direction and that accommodates the linkage shaft (31) such that one end thereof protrudes; and a neutral return spring (33) that returns the universal driving shaft (31) from a movement position (P5, P6) after being operated by the operation member (80) to an initial position (P4) before being operated, the neutral return spring being housed in the housing member (32) in the axial direction (D3) of the universal driving shaft (31), the housing member (32) having a portion (39) to be supported. The supported part is supported by the support component (53) between a spring accommodating part (40) for accommodating the neutral return spring (33) and a protruding opening (48) for the linkage shaft (31) to protrude.
