Oil pressure adjustment valve with improved neutral state return damping
The present invention provides an oil pressure adjustment valve with a neutral state return damping function. The oil pressure adjustment valve includes: a valve body (3) which is provided with a working fluid chamber (6) and at least one port (7) in the interior thereof; a plurality of spools (8) which is inserted into the valve body (3) through the port (7) and the working fluid chamber (6) and adjusts flows of the working fluid; a plurality of spool holes (9) which is provided in the interior of the valve body (3) so that the spool (8) is guided reciprocally in the longitudinal direction and is communicated with or connected to or interrupted from the working fluid chamber (6) by the longitudinal reciprocation of the spool (8); a pushing cam (10) which is connected to an upper side of the valve body (3) by a medium of a joint and seesaws based on the joint; a push rod (5) which presses the spool (8) while being pressed by the pushing cam (10); a damping chamber (18) which is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the push rod (5) and the valve body (3); a piston (22) coupled to the push rod (5) so that the damping chamber (18) is divided into a first damping chamber (18A) and a second damping chamber (18B); a valve mounting hole (112) which is formed in a core body part (130) in the interior of the valve body (3) to communicate with the plurality of spool holes (9); and a check valve (110) which is installed in a valve mounting hole (112). Accordingly, malfunction of the push cam can be prevented.
본 발명은 중립복귀 댐핑 기능을 구비한 유압조절밸브를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은 내부에 작동유 챔버(6)와 적어도 하나의 포트(7)가 구비된 밸브 바디(3); 상기 밸브 바디(3)에 포트(7) 및 작동유 챔버(6)를 통하여 종방향 이동 가능하게 삽입 설치되어 작동유 흐름을 조절하는 복수개의 스풀(8); 상기 스풀(8)을 종방향으로 왕복운동 가이드되도록 상기 밸브 바디(3)의 내부에 구비되며 상기 스풀(8)의 종방향 왕복 운동에 의해 상기 작동유 챔버(6)와 연통되거나 연결 차단되는 복수개의 스풀홀(9); 상기 밸브 바디(3)의 상부측에 조인트를 매개로 연결되어 상기 조인트를 기준으로 시이소 운동하는 푸싱캠(10); 상기 푸싱캠(10)에 의해 눌려지면서 상기 스풀(8)을 누르는 푸시로드(5); 상기 푸시로드(5)의 외주면과 상기 밸브 바디(3) 사이에 형성된 댐핑 챔버(18); 상기 댐핑 챔버(18)를 제1댐핑 챔버(18A)와 제2댐핑 챔버(18B)로 구획하도록 상기 푸시로드(5)에 결합된 피스톤(22); 상기 복수개의 스풀홀(9)들과 연통되도록 상기 밸브 바디(3) 내부의 코어 바디부(130)에 형성된 밸브 장착홀(112); 상기 밸브 장착홀(112)에 설치된 체크밸브(110);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides an oil pressure adjustment valve with a neutral state return damping function. The oil pressure adjustment valve includes: a valve body (3) which is provided with a working fluid chamber (6) and at least one port (7) in the interior thereof; a plurality of spools (8) which is inserted into the valve body (3) through the port (7) and the working fluid chamber (6) and adjusts flows of the working fluid; a plurality of spool holes (9) which is provided in the interior of the valve body (3) so that the spool (8) is guided reciprocally in the longitudinal direction and is communicated with or connected to or interrupted from the working fluid chamber (6) by the longitudinal reciprocation of the spool (8); a pushing cam (10) which is connected to an upper side of the valve body (3) by a medium of a joint and seesaws based on the joint; a push rod (5) which presses the spool (8) while being pressed by the pushing cam (10); a damping chamber (18) which is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the push rod (5) and the valve body (3); a piston (22) coupled to the push rod (5) so that the damping chamber (18) is divided into a first damping chamber (18A) and a second damping chamber (18B); a valve mounting hole (112) which is formed in a core body part (130) in the interior of the valve body (3) to communicate with the plurality of spool holes (9); and a check valve (110) which is installed in a valve mounting hole (112). Accordingly, malfunction of the push cam can be prevented.
