The invention relates to a fully-prefabricated composite beam based on a pre-pressed concrete plank and a construction method thereof.The fully-prefabricated composite beam is of a continuous beam structure with more than two spans, is supported on piers and comprises a plurality of composite beam components spliced in the transverse bridge direction; the composite beam component comprises a plurality of composite beam sections spliced in the longitudinal bridge direction, each composite beam section comprises a steel beam section and a concrete bridge deck slab section located on the upper portion of the steel beam section, and the composite beam section located in the hogging moment area is provided with a pre-tensioning device used for applying tension to the steel beam section in the longitudinal bridge direction. The pre-tensioning device is arranged on the composite beam section located in the hogging moment area, the tension in the longitudinal bridge direction is applied to the steel beam section through the pre-tensioning device, cracking of a hogging moment concrete plate can be prevented, the durability of the structure is improved, the overall structure is simple, cost is lower, meanwhile, construction is simpler and rapider, and disassembly is convenient.
本发明涉及一种基于预压混凝土板的全预制组合梁及其施工方法,全预制组合梁为多于两跨的连续梁结构并支撑在桥墩上,所述全预制组合梁包括若干个沿横桥向拼接的组合梁构件,所述组合梁构件包括若干个沿纵桥向拼接的组合梁节段,所述组合梁节段包括钢梁节段和位于钢梁节段上部的混凝土桥面板节段,其中位于负弯矩区的组合梁节段设有用于给钢梁节段施加沿纵桥向方向拉力的预张拉装置。本发明通过在位于负弯矩区的组合梁节段设置预张拉装置,利用预张拉装置给钢梁节段施加沿纵桥向方向拉力,可防止负弯矩混凝土板的开裂,提升结构的耐久性能,整体结构简单、成本更为低廉,同时施工更简单、迅速,拆卸方便。
