According to the porous ceramic vacuum chuck prepared in the invention, the particles with uniform thickness are adopted, so that the prepared porous ceramic vacuum chuck is smooth and flat in surface, uniform in ceramic micropore distribution, high in porosity and good in self-cleaning property, is not easy to cause a pore blockage phenomenon, and can be used for a long time.
