The invention discloses a pre-embedded grouting reinforcement method for a new and old embankment junction surface of highway reconstruction and extension. The method comprises the following steps: calibrating a position and a line of a grouting pipe network to be laid on a cleaned slope according to design requirements; a grouting pipe network of a matts-shaped grid structure is laid along the original embankment slope surface, and a grouting guide pipe and a grouting valve are installed at the top of the grouting pipe network; filling and rolling construction are performed layer by layer according to the compaction degree and the rolling thickness required by the design until the designed elevation is reached; grouting and reinforcing; 14 days after grouting construction is stopped, the grouting reinforcement effect is detected, and the grouting guide pipe at the top of the embankment is cut off after the design requirement is met; finally, the new and old embankment joint formed on the foundation comprises an original embankment, a matts-shaped mesh structure formed by PVC pipes and filled with a grouting body, and an extension embankment; therefore, the joint of the new embankment and the old embankment is efficiently reinforced. By the adoption of the method, excavation of the reconstruction and extension steps of the earth-rock mixed filling embankment can be avoided, the construction time can be effectively shortened, the grouting efficiency can be effectively improved, and the reinforcement quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种公路改扩建新老路堤结合面预埋式注浆加固方法,包括:按设计要求在清理后坡面上标定欲铺设注浆管网位置和线路;沿原有路堤坡面铺设田字格网状结构的注浆管网,并在注浆管网的顶部安装注浆导管和注浆阀门;按照设计要求的压实度和碾压厚度逐层填筑碾压施工至设计标高;注浆加固;停止注浆施工后14天,检测注浆加固效果,满足设计要求后截除路堤顶部的注浆导管;最终在地基上形成的新老路堤结合处包括原有路堤、由PVC管形成的填充有注浆体的田字格网状结构和扩建路堤;从而实现了对新老路堤结合部高效加固。采用本发明方法可避免土石混填路堤改扩建台阶开挖,可有效缩短施工时间和提高注浆效率,保证加固质量。
