Rail transit underground line common ballast bed replacing and paving method
The invention relates to a rail transit underground line common ballast bed replacing and laying method. The method comprises the steps that common ballast beds on the two sides of an existing sleeper are broken and removed; breaking and removing the existing sleepers and part of common ballast beds under the sleepers, installing replacement paving components at the bottoms of the steel rails, and temporarily fixing the steel rails by adopting sole timbers and cross braces; removing the sole timber and the cross brace, mounting a steel rail bracket to support the steel rail and a replacement paving component at the bottom of the steel rail, and finely adjusting the position of the steel rail through the steel rail bracket; and steel bars are placed at the bottom of the replacement paving component, a base and ditches on the two sides are poured, after the base is solidified, the steel rail supports are dismantled, the common line is recovered to be a seamless line, and construction is completed. The method has the advantages that the influence on the existing line put into operation is small, and construction can be carried out mainly by using skylight time; the height of the track structure is not increased, and the influence on the existing traffic tunnel structure is avoided; the chiseling work amount is relatively small; the construction method is simple, reasonable, high in construction efficiency and suitable for popularization.
本发明涉及一种轨道交通地下线普通道床换铺方法,对既有轨枕两侧的普通道床进行破除;对既有轨枕及部分枕下普通道床进行破除,并在钢轨底部安装换铺构件,并采用垫木及横撑对钢轨进行临时固定;拆除垫木及横撑,安装钢轨支架对钢轨及其底部的换铺构件进行支撑,同时通过钢轨支架对钢轨的位置进行精调;在换铺构件的底部放置钢筋并浇筑基底以及两侧的水沟,待基底凝固后,拆除钢轨支架,将普通线路恢复为无缝线路,完成施工。本发明的优点是:对投入运营的既有线路的影响较小,主要利用天窗时间进行施工即可;不增加轨道结构高度,避免对既有交通隧道结构产生影响;凿除工程量相对较小;施工方法简单合理,施工效率高,适于推广。
