Comprising a machine frame, the machine frame comprises a connecting machine frame and an overhanging machine frame, and the connecting machine frame is connected with a flat car of a locomotive to support the overhanging machine frame; a first guide closure gap, a second guide closure gap, a third guide closure gap and a downslope closure gap are further included. The third guide closure gap, the second guide closure gap and the down-slope closure gap are sequentially arranged in the laying direction of the steel rails, the third guide closure gap is installed at the tail of the flat car and located outside the rail, and the first guide closure gap and the down-slope closure gap are installed on the overhanging rack and aligned with the laying position of the steel rails; the first guide closure gap is installed at the overhanging end of the overhanging rack and located below the downslope closure gap. Compared with a traditional manual replacing and laying method, the ballast line long steel rail replacing and laying machine can greatly improve the construction efficiency and reduce the harm of the steel rails to personnel during construction.
