Rail transit elevated line common ballast bed replacing and paving method
The invention relates to a method for replacing and paving a common ballast bed of a rail transit elevated line. A seamless track is changed into a common track; breaking and removing the existing common ballast bed, installing a replacement paving component at the bottom of the steel rail, and temporarily fixing the steel rail by adopting a sole timber and a cross brace; dismounting the sole timber and the cross brace, mounting a steel rail bracket to support the steel rail and a replacement paving component at the bottom of the steel rail, and meanwhile, finely adjusting the position of the steel rail through the steel rail bracket; and steel bars are placed at the bottom of the replacement and laying component, a base is poured, after the base is solidified, the steel rail support is dismantled, the common line is recovered to be the seamless line, and construction is completed. The method has the advantages that the influence on the existing line put into operation is small, and construction can be carried out mainly by using skylight time; the dead load of the bridge and the height of the track structure are not increased, and the influence on the existing traffic viaduct structure is avoided; the construction method is simple, reasonable, high in construction efficiency and suitable for popularization.
本发明涉及一种轨道交通高架线普通道床换铺方法,将所述无缝线路改为普通线路;对既有的所述普通道床进行破除,并在所述钢轨底部安装换铺构件,并采用垫木及横撑对所述钢轨进行临时固定;拆除所述垫木及所述横撑,安装钢轨支架对所述钢轨及其底部的换铺构件进行支撑,同时通过所述钢轨支架对所述钢轨的位置进行精调;在所述换铺构件的底部放置钢筋并浇筑基底,待基底凝固后,拆除所述钢轨支架,将所述普通线路恢复为无缝线路,完成施工。本发明的优点是:对投入运营的既有线路的影响较小,主要利用天窗时间进行施工即可;不增加桥梁恒载及轨道结构高度,避免对既有交通高架桥结构产生影响;施工方法简单合理,施工效率高,适于推广。
