The invention discloses a structure and a construction method of a high fill bridgehead anti-void fabricated prestressed approach slab, which are suitable for judging and processing void of a bridgehead approach slab of a high fill roadbed, the structure comprises a fabricated prestressed approach slab, monitoring devices arranged at different positions of the approach slab, and a grouting one-way valve device, the disengagement position and area of the butt strap can be accurately judged according to values of a strain gauge and a pressure sensor of the monitoring device. The invention further discloses a structure and a construction method of the assembly type butt strap, the monitoring device and the grouting one-way valve. According to the method, the disengaging position and area can be rapidly judged, grouting treatment of the disengaging part of the transition slab can be conducted in time for multiple times according to the size of the disengaging area, and the problem that large-area disengaging under the transition slab causes fracture of the transition slab, and consequently bumping of a bridge head is caused is effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种高填土桥头防脱空装配式预应力搭板的结构及施工方法,适用于高填土路基的桥头搭板脱空的判断及处理,本结构包括装配式预应力搭板、设置于搭板不同位置的监测装置和注浆单向阀装置,通过监测装置的应变计与压力传感器的数值可精确判断搭板脱空的位置和面积,还公开了装配式搭板、监测装置和注浆单向阀的结构和施工方法。本发明能快速判断脱空的位置和面积,根据脱空面积的大小能及时多次进行搭板脱空部位的压浆处理,有效避免了搭板下大面积脱空导致搭板断裂从而引起桥头跳车的问题。
